sugar
syrup

milk
Add
simple
sugar
syrup
to
brewed
coffee
allow
to
cool
(which
can
be
accelerated
in
the
refrigerator).
Pour
sweetened
coffee
into
a
pitcher
and
refrigerate
until
ready
to
serve.
Add
milk
when
coffee
has
cooled.
Serve
over
ice.
Iced
Coffee

brewed
coffee
If
desired,
add
sugar
to
the
freshly
brewed
coffee,
and
mix
thoroughly
while
hot.
Allow
coffee
to
cool,
and
keep
it
refrigerated
if
not
to
be
used

covered

half-and-half
or
whole
milk
to
create
a
richer
taste

This
is
simply
a
latte
made
with
steamed
half-and-half
instead
of
milk.

Italians
commonly
add
a
teaspoon
of
sugar

macchiato.
Warning:
the
so-called
"macchiato"

chains
is
not
a
proper
macchiato,
but
a
latte,
sometimes
flavored.

Crushed
ice
Add
the
cardamom
to
the
ground
coffee
before
brewing.
Once
the
coffee
is
brewed,
mix
in
sugar
and
almond
flavoring.
Allow
the
coffe
to
cool
to
room
temperature.
Fill
four
12-oz.
glasses
half
full
with
crushed
ice,
and
fill
two-thirds
full
with
coffee.
Stir
about
1
tbsp.
of
heavy
cream
into
each
glass.
Coffee
and
cream
may
be
layered.
