Viazza Coffee was established as a coffee company to encourage each of its customers to take time daily for respite and self-nurturing. In the busy, fast paced life we often lead we forget to relax, listen to music, read from a good book or simply do something meaningful for ourselves. The inspiration for Viazza Coffee came from the story of Francesco Viazza, an Italian violin craftsman.

Francesco Viazza lived in Italy during the early 19th century. Francesco was an Italian violin craftsman with a passion for coffee. As a young boy, Francesco worked alongside his father as he roasted coffee for many of the local coffeehouses and cafés in Italy. The taste and aroma was so delightful, Francesco developed a love for his chosen beverage at an early age. As Francesco grew up developing his violin crafting skills he always had a cup by his side. He believed his ability to craft fine violins was improved by drinking his father's coffee.

To celebrate the work and philosophy of Francesco Viazza, we have created a line of coffees especially designed for relaxing and indulging our creative senses. To ensure our coffees are up to the task, we select only the freshest and finest Arabica coffee beans available. Our beans are then roasted following exact formulas to bring out all the tantalizing flavor and aroma you would expect from an exceptional cup of coffee.
